At SaaSEquity Partners LLC, operating as OfferHeat, we stand behind the quality and value of our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund for your OfferHeat subscription. By subscribing to OfferHeat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. 3-Day Refund Window
We offer a 3-day (72-hour) refund window from the date and time of your initial purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the OfferHeat service for any reason within this 3-day period, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription payment.
To request a refund within the 3-day window:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your purchase
- Your request must be received within 72 hours of your original purchase time
Refund requests received within the 3-day window will be processed promptly, typically within 1-2 business days of receipt.
3. After the 3-Day Window
After the 3-day refund window has passed, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:
- Subscription payments made after the initial 3-day window
- Recurring monthly renewal charges
- Partial months of service
- Requests received after the 72-hour period has elapsed
This policy exists to ensure that only serious marketers who intend to act on the intelligence subscribe to the service. The 3-day window provides sufficient time to evaluate the quality and relevance of the daily intelligence drops.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times are as follows:
- Refund initiation - within 1-2 business days of your approved request
- Credit card refunds - typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Bank processing - some financial institutions may take up to one full billing cycle to reflect the refund
You will receive an email confirmation from Stripe when your refund has been processed.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time through the member portal or by contacting [email protected].
- Refund returns the payment for your initial subscription, subject to the 3-day window described above.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so separately within the eligible window.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional complications.
Fraudulent chargebacks - where a subscriber uses the service and then disputes the charge without contacting us - may result in the subscriber being permanently banned from future access to OfferHeat.
7. Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard 3-day window on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of SaaSEquity Partners LLC and may include situations such as:
- Documented technical issues that prevented access to the service
- Duplicate charges resulting from billing errors

8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
